Does anyone else have a problem with their internet in Qatar? Having only been here for three weeks fresh from the UK, I quite enjoy my fast broadband. I purchased a Virgin mobile USB modem and it isn’t the most reliable. I cant use google to search anything, and a lot of the time yahoo fails on me as do many websites i try to access for example real estate websites.
I am moving into a new apartment soon after being in temporary accommodation provided by my employer and thinking of getting Qtel broadband but would be a bit reluctant to pay the tariffs if i get such a poor service similar to what i get from the virgin mobile USB modem.
Is Qtel a lot better and reliable?
