By Anil JohnSports Editor Qatar is on course to add the prestigious Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Road World Championships in 2016 to its already impressive array of top class sporting events, Gulf Times has learnt.The UCI Road World Championships, also referred to as the World Cycling Championships, is an annual event which, along with the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia, forms the Triple Crown of cycling and is held over a two-week period.The UCI Road World Championships include a road race and individual time trial for elite men, which form the main draw of the competition.
