The Seychelles delegation in Brazil is headed by Alain St.Ange, the island’s Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, and he is accompanied by David Germain, the Seychelles Tourism Board’s Director for Africa and the Americas, and Myra Fanchette, the Board Marketing Executive for Africa and the Americas.
